Pinkaloo Technologies, LLC (“Pinkaloo”) knows that you care about how your personal information is used and shared. Pinkaloo respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this privacy policy. To make this privacy policy easy to find, we make it available on the Pinkaloo website at pinkaloo.com and through our mobile applications (collectively, the “Website”). You may also email us at privacy@pinkaloo.com with any privacy-related questions you have.
Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your personal information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use our Website. By accessing or using the Website you agree to this privacy policy, which may change from time to time. We will notify you of any material change. Your continued use of the Website after we make changes and notify you is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.
1. APPLICABILITY OF PRIVACY POLICY
This privacy policy applies to all information we collect from you. When you are no longer our customer, we may continue to use your information as described in this policy.
This privacy policy doesn’t cover third-party websites accessed via our Website.Pinkaloo does not control the information collection of third-party websites that can be reached through links from the Website. We encourage our users to be aware when they are leaving the Website.Such third-party websites are governed by the terms applicable to your relationship with that third party, and Pinkaloo accepts no responsibility or liability in respect of third-party websites or apps.
2. THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU AND HOW WE USE IT
Throughout this policy, we use the term “personal information” to describe information that can be associated with a specific person and can be used to identify that person. We do not consider personal information to include information that has been aggregated and/or anonymized so that it does not identify a specific user.

We collect personal information about you when you voluntarily submit information directly to us by filling in forms on our Website, allow third-parties such as financial institutions or your employer to share your personal information with us, and by corresponding with us by phone, email or otherwise. You can log in to our site using a Single Sign-On service, such as that from Facebook, Google, your employer, a financial institution or another entity of which you are affiliated. The Subscriber’s potential use of your personal information is governed by the terms of the relationship between you and the Subscriber.
We will not share your personal information with any third parties except as described in this privacy policy or in connection with the Website. We may share your information with selected third parties, including:
With your consent to share personal information, such as when you choose to share your personal information when donating to a charity;
Payment processors for the purpose of fulfilling relevant payment transactions, including those distributing charitable donations on your behalf;

If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our Terms of Service and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Pinkaloo, our customers, or others. 4. STORING AND TRANSFERRING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers in a controlled environment with limited access. Any payment transactions will be encrypted in transit using SSL technology. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. You should not share your password with anyone. If you do disclose your password or other login credentials to a third party or allow a third party to use your device’s authentication feature, you are authorizing that party to use the Services. Pinkaloo does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register to use our Website. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information of a child under the age of 13, we will delete that data to the extent required by applicable law as quickly as possible. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions shall be effective immediately upon notice thereof and shall apply to business terms only, which may be given by means including, but not limited to, issuing an email to the email address listed by registered users and/or by posting a notice and the revised Privacy Policy on the Website. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to maintain a valid email address as a registered user, and to review the Website and this Privacy Policy periodically in order to be aware of any modifications. If you object to any changes to the revised Privacy Policy, you can stop using our services and close your account with us.
